Psychedelic Rolling Stones

Conclusion

The influence of drugs on musician’s work can only be held accountable for part of the total production. Before these bands came out with any psychedelic music, they came out with bestselling music. The Beatles first album “please Please me” was number one, all the Rolling Stones albums before “her Majesties Satanic Request” ranked at least in the top five in the U.K. The Beach Boys albums, two through nine resulted in at least a gold ranking. The effect drugs have overall in music is a negative one because drugs had led to the downfall in each bands career. Whether resulting in death or conflicts. LSD is part of what is conducive to their creativity, but the bands may have made bestselling music while on LSD but it us their talent and sober creativity that has made them the facade they are famous for.
