How do I qualify for CSU EOP?
Why would you like to attend college? Discuss your career and personal goals. Are there any particular circumstances, school
experiences, or persons that influenced your preparation or motivation to attend college (e.g., cultural/financial background,
family, teachers, schools you attended)? Please explain.

- Programs in UC, CSU, and CCC systems
- Supports first generation, low income, and historically educationally disadvantaged and underrepresented students
- Focuses on admission, retention, academic success, and financial assistance
Question 1
List any volunteer, extracurricular activities, or work experience in which you are or have been involved in the past two years
Students must:
- Be low income, first generation college students, and/or historically educationally disadvantaged
- Demonstrate academic potential and motivation
- Be California residents or qualify for an AB540 non-resident tuition exemption
- Meet income requirements
- Complete the EOP section on admissions application AND complete the EOP application!
- Complete FAFSA or California Dream application to be considered
