I learned a lot about poetry, and how to write poetry. If I had to change something about my project I would change the amount of poems we had to do because some of us take a long time to do their work. If I had to do this project again I would change the overall organization of the project. I think I worked very hard. I loved this project because it showed me that we have it in us to make wonderful art.

Green is my favorite color.

Green is the color of grass.

Green is the feeling I get when I'm happy.

Green is the color of the trees.

Green smells like apples.

Green taste like salad.

Green sounds like wind.

Green looks like green grapes

A Betian lives on a bell, beater, boar, baking, Bahamas.

A Betian eats bananas, boars, and bacon.

A Betian is a banana beating, boar eating, baker.

My Betian beat me with a banana baked in baking soda.

5 senses

With my feet I can feel the grass

It is so real,

It tickles, it tickles

Oh how I giggle

I love to feel, it is so real

These are my eyes.

With them I can see,

I look to the sky

and I see all the bees,

Perfect and sunny

They love all the honey,

I like to use my eyes to see all the skies.

You smell with your nose,

All kinds of scents,

I like the smell of the roses I plant on my fence,

I smell them all day,

Especially in May,

Oh how I wish they wouldn't go away.
