WHAT WE DID?

The Strive For Talent Is On

Analyst Drives:

We have attracted more of the much needed talent in the month of April.

We conducted back to back 'Analyst' drives for analytics & IT background candidates.

Total no. of offers made: 18

SSN MBA Off-campus

Following few off campus drives at our office, we also met few MBA graduates from SSN School of Management, And we finally made 1 offer

The quest for talent continues.....

We had a series of drives in the month of May to expand our most required Senior Analyst pool.

Total no. of offers made: 8

The Acquired New Talent

To meet the need for new and young talent, we onboarded 131 students hired from B-Schools & Engineering colleges in the span of 3 months

The primary source of this new joiners is campus and few are from the DPL process

Knowledge sharing session - ERS

The Talent Acquisition team was working on improvising the Employee Referral Scheme and came up with a survey to understand the areas which demand focus.

Following the survey, we also conducted a knowledge sharing to share the insights driven and also to get suggestions from the employees to enhance the scheme

Special mention to Deepika Chandrsekaran(intern) and Vishwanath Gubba, who helped us in analysing the data and preparing the final presentaton

Training Newbies:

The Talent Acquisition team, together with the delivery folks, took the responsibility to help the campus joinees by facilitating programmes like:

Mentorship programme: Each employee is mapped to each new joinee to help them by sharing the study materials and FAQs, and also clarifying their doubts acting as a bridge between HR & the new joinee .

Training programme: The fundamentals training for the new joinees covered SQL, R, Excel and Tableau. Following the training, the assessments are given and they were subsequently validated

We are now associated with few new consultants, who exclusively support analytics companies in their manpower requirement.

We are now the user of 'LinkedIn - Talent Solutions', to utilize the full recruiting potential of LinkedIn. It mainly helps us to tap the passive talent and to increase employment branding

In addition to classmarker, we also bought another online assessment tool, Mettl. It offers a unique feature, online proctoring, which prevent candidates from navigating away from test window and capture live images through the web camera enabled tests preventing impersonation
