There are approximately 15 regular guards at our site, and I am one of them. We generally assist the supervisors, and the team leads to deliver safety and security to the client.

• Writing reports, observing the surrounding and performing patrols
• Performing duties assigned by the superiors.
• Performing store front openings and closings.
• Doing lock-ups and opening the mall entrances.
• Taking notes of a safety hazard and informing the supervisor.

• The fourth team lead keeps track of any security office work.
• Making sure all the officer supplies are up to date.
• Sending the reports to admin, which are written by the patrol guards
• Also, runs the shift when a supervisor is not available

Job Duties and Responsibilitie

• The third team lead follows up with the OHSA guide and informs guards about the safety.
• Ensure the equipment used by the employees are safe to use, also advise to use PPE in certain areas in the mall.
• Checking if all the fire exits are safe and clear at all times
• Ensuring if all the guards are aware of the temporary danger at the workplace, it occurs.
• Also, it takes over the supervisor position in their absence.

• The second team lead is responsible for the security truck.
• Maintaining the truck, for example; taking it for regular services and filling up gas when needed
• Redeeming tickets and making sure the computer and ticket printer is working and well-stocked.
• Checking whether all the working conditions are safe for the staff
• Lastly, ensuring the regular guards are performing their duties in the absence of the supervisors.

1st Team Lead

• The first team lead is responsible for the medical portion
• Preparing liability forms in the case of an incident
• Making sure the medical supplies are well stocked up in the medical bag
• Observing the needs for the safety of the clients and staff and informing the mall manager
• Keeping up with the operation in the mall even in the absence of the site supervisor and assistant supervisor

Works for the paladin determines the security guards' requirements and reports it to the mall security manager.

This is the highest position at my current DFS placement. He is our client as he works for the company that has hired paladin security to provide service.

Works for paladin and report everything to the site supervisor. He mainly assists the site supervisor to perform his job duties and mall work.

After this position there are four team leads. And all of them are resposible for a particuluar area.

• Track any illegal damage and property demolition
• Evaluate and record incidents that have occurred in the surrounding
• Examine all safety and emergency danger areas
• Submit precautionary safety notes
• Training the new guards and introducing them to the site

• Making schedules and Assigning duties
• Completing the performance check on the team
• Carrying out regular team patrols
• Look out for suspicious people, theft or dangers
• React to emergency and distress calls
• Make sure that security devices function effectively, such as fire alarms and Video surveillance
• Determines which steps to take depending on constraints of circumstance, facts and place.

• Establish and execute guidelines, policy and procedures for security
• Controlling safety support expenses and monitoring costs
• Train and hire a security site supervisor.
• Attend meetings with the mall administrative staff and mall executive to determine the organization's requirements.
• Perform a final review of incident reports.
• Also, keeps track of the security needs and inform mall admin about them.
