History
- Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and from the Japanese Building Company Mori
- Is 492 metre high
- Is the second tallest building in Shanghai

- The Shanghai World Financial Center was originally planned for construction in 1997 and laying a foundation in 27 August, 1997. However this plan was temporarily interrupted by the Asian Financial Crisis in 1997 before reconstructing on 13th February 2003 after 6 years
