Cupcake 1 - Flowery cupcake
Frosting Color
-the color I added to the marshmallow fluff frosting is blue. the color I added to the butter cream frosting is pink.
Introduction to task and cupcake decoration
The leaves
-Leaf in green{~Tip #68~} Have the tip like a bird's beak so that one part of the tip faces up, with the other facing down. Squeeze piping bag quickly with high pressure and then release and pull away to form the tip of the leaf.
Icing techniques used in cupcake #1
flowery style :
-Swirl drop flower in pink, Sqeeze extremely small amount of buttercream with light pressure out of the piping bag, quickly twist while still squeezing piping bag gently.
To create the leaf,use tip #68 and it will make a leaf.
My task here was to decorate 3 cupcakes styles using a choice of buttercream and fluffy white frosting. Various decorating techniques of my own choice were incorporated.
You have the choice to add sprinkles and other decorations to enhace each cupcake.
I baked and iced 3 cupcakes

Decorating Presentation
Using Different pressure levels for icing a cake will provide different results - in post cases, higher pressure creates a thicker line/result.
Light (lowest presure), medium hard (highest pressure) (Top to bottom)

The star tip
-Curving Line in Blue (Tip #18, Piping bag held at 45°); Squeeze piping bag with medium pressure in direction of preference (wavy).
Shells
Tip #18,Squeeze quickly with high pressure at the start, then decrease in pressure quite quickly so a tip is formed for the shell.
Frosting Base
Tip #18,
Pipe a tight swirl starting from the centre and working way outwards with medium pressure.

Piping using a shell tip
to create a shell swirl cupcake use tip #31 on the icing bag, fill bag with icing then using meduim pressure squeeze the icing in a circular motion starting from the outside in.
