- Typing in all caps can add emphasis because they are very noticeable and catch the reader's eye.
- It can also display extreme emotion from the writer.
- If the phrase wanting to be emphasized is in the middle of the sentence, it may not stand out the way it was intended to.
- Using space can help the statement stand out.

- Repetition, if used incorrectly, can come across as annoying or distract the reader from the topic.
