- Decisions can be made very quickly.
- There are weekly/monthly meetings to discuss the concerns or questions of the people.
- If someone was from the lower class, they could make a change if there was a crisis.

- The people don't have a say in who's in charge or the decisions they make.
- A government with a small group that has control may lead to selfishness and corruption.
- Some people are elected and some can be born or "buy" their way into power. Which means they're only in power because of their money and may not be capable for the job.
