created by Devan Lysen, Nicole Werner, and Tyler Pfizenmaier

We are dedicated to establishing a high level of knowledge and awareness of the benefits of physical activity with the integration of education, activities, and fun to all young people so they may reach their full potential as productive, healthier citizens

We hope to be the key intervention in the lives of young people that teaches them the importance of physical activity as well as how to enjoy being active as they become young adults and beyond so they reduce the risk of various diseases across the lifespan.
