The purpose of this position is to lead and grow an operational delivery team in Canada’s Health Care Digital Transformation environment. This position has operational and financial responsibility in growing and delivering a complex integrated technology required as an enabler for the digital transformation of Health Care.

Full leadership accountability for deploying Health Care’s Digital Transformation solutions focusing on logistics, mobility, work flows and clinical process automation and transformation. Developing a team and delivery models to assist hospitals and related health care institutions in protecting health care works, delivering an enhanced patient experience, improved asset management, improved mobility and work flows. Provide direction for a delivery team of design, integration, cyber security professionals. Implement a management operating system to drive business results and deliver value to customers through your operational team. Link Health Care regulatory compliance with Honeywell’s delivery model. Work with training department to develop training module for Honeywell Construction and Service team. Develop a Health Care Digital Transformation Framework which will enable deliver productivity gain for our customers. Work with Marketing and Sales team in establish a strategic plans and solutions to secure new business. Keep abreast of all regulatory changes (eg., code compliance) and technology advancement as it applies to the Health Care industries. Participate in Health Care presentation as lead of implementation team for new potential customers. Support, review and approve all estimate and technology system architecture design. Develop operational metrics and audit gate keeping criteria for predictive measure on project implementation. Participate in AOP and STRAP planning for year over year growth and lead the organization to adapt and change toward the industries need. Oversight and participation in the selection of technology to best deploy workflow requirement. Ensure team has standardized process and tiered accountability in all aspects of project, including but limited to : pricing, scope and requirements definition, systems design, technology system integration, security, commissioning, customer training, and other aspects of delivery.
