Scale up important points, arrange related details, and develop them with text and images.

By Doing this:
You retain a good overview, and find relations. Prezi helps you think about what you want to say.

If you don't have a clear structure for the prezi in mind, simply put in what you can think of: 
Ideas, details, Images. 
Once they are all on the canvas, it will be easier to find the structure and write key statements.

Prezi can help if you need to develop your ideas first.

Here are 3 good ways to start:
click anywhere with your mouse, and write down the main ideas. Then you can zoom in to each idea, and develop with details.

Click on the + menu on the Zebra, to access options for your selection
This is the Bubble Menu.
It has most of the tools you will use. Click on a bubble to activate it.
Click on Insert, and 'Load File' to upload an image

This is a Frame
Do it with Prezi:
Click on Frame on the menu, and choose a type
Then drag your mouse to draw a Frame
Circular frames are great to show a strong focus. 
And, they are easy to see when zoomed out.
You'll see a small mark while editing at the top, to indicate 'up'
Bracket frames are more subtle, and relate more to the final view.
Hold down shift while drawing to create a 4:3, projector aspect ratio Frame
Or to focus on parts of a sentence

One more thing...
To see how your words, images, and frames will appear when presenting, click on Show.
This will take you to Show mode, where:
Click on an object to zoom to it
Click the background to zoom out
Use the up/down keys to zoom in/out
Hint: You can press space any time to toggle between edit mode and show mode. You can even just hold down space, click to navigate, and release it, and continue editing.

Drag the large circles:
to the background to remove the current path step
to other objects to swap them into the path
Drag small circles onto objects to insert them into the path
Press this button to create a Frame from the current view, and add it to the Path.
Delete All will remove your whole Path.

Now you can click through your prezi in several way:
Use these buttons
Use the arrow keys
Use a remote presenter
You can zoom out, detour any time, and simply click Next to get back to the Path
Hold down the 'Next' button, and select an Auto-Play timing
To jump back to the start, hold down the 'Previous' button, and select Back to start
Using the Path:
you can easily present with a remote clicker.
When you embed your prezi in a blog, visitors will find it much easier to navigate.
The last Frame type is a filled rectangle, which works well as a backdrop over images.  It creates the most 'slide-like' experience.
