become an impactful social entrepreneur to eventually self-actualize in a sustainable world. Welcome to the New Economy ..is to Self Actualize From the Potential of a Seed To the Actualization of a Flower But in today’s society, the majority of the population is at the bottom of the pyramid There are many barriers for the majority of people to self-actualize... And the main barrier is... Our current economic system Think of our current economic system as our body’s circulatory system... and our national currency as our blood If 93% of our blood only flowed to our brain... the rest of our body would eventually die So the main problem is there’s not enough blood circulating to the rest of our body... or there’s not enough money circulating in our economy to satisfy everyones’ needs. (Top 20% controls 93% of the financial wealth, Bottom 80% only controls 7%) But this is crazy! We have way more than enough money in existence, but it’s just being hoarded.
(the system rewards hoarding money by the gain of interest) But the irony of this is when money is hoarded and doesn’t circulate We have a bad economy and when money is constantly circulating (aka velocity) We have a good economy So if this how wealth is distributed in our current economic system It seems to me, we just have to devise a new economic model One that keeps money flowing ...without the reoccurring blockages We need to foster the evolution of four things... Money Enterprise Education The Social Network As stated before, due to the scarcity of the dollar, there’s not enough national currency circulating in the economy to satisfy everyone’s needs. It’s like we have a full circle of people existing ...but only a half circle of money circulating in the economy. With the lack of funds to go around... this forces us to ruthlessly compete with each other for resources necessary for our survival. We evolve money by turning it into... ...numbers measuring our time & energy instead of being a thing or a commodity A commodity can be manipulated to be scarce... But you can not do that with numbers.... No one can control how many numbers exist. This type of evolved currency is called... Also known as Digital Barter Currency It’s just an accounting unit that tracks how much time and energy people exchange with each other It helps makes barter easier & efficient. It’s Barter 2.0! It can be used to barter... Software Art Food or anything else of value This currency is abundant... and digital It can be exchanged on the web ...or mobile phone Evolving Money Evolving Enterprise The traditional corporation is an entity that has legal authority to seek profit over the well being of people and the planet This type of behavior is unsustainable and is leading our economy & environment into ruin. We evolve the enterprise by giving it a heart. It then transforms from a for-profit to a for-purpose company. Not only does it generate a surplus to be self-sustainable but it also improves social and/or environmental conditions in the communities it operates in while democratically distributing control and wealth to the workers of the company. This evolved entity is called a... Evolving Education In order to get ourselves out of this economic crisis, we have to start being proactive instead of reactive. This happens by evolving education to give students... a producer's mindset instead of a job seeker’s This is done by creating a variety of startup incubators, which help people develop their natural talents and passions into a business. Evolving The Social Network Social networking platforms are very powerful tools to create social change. They efficiently connect like-minded people and are slowly but surely becoming our main source of communication Many of us even saw what Facebook and Twitter did for countries in rebellion in the Middle East. Numbers also give social networks much force. If Facebook was a nation, it would be the 3rd largest one in the world. It currently has over 950 Million worldwide members. Just imagine if all of those people operated under one cause, for a purpose? Imagine if 950 Million people self-organized a new economy that benefits the whole The 3 topics I covered earlier (Money, Enterprise, & Education) make up the components to start an economy. A social networking platform is the glue that connects them all together Turning the unsustainability problem of our economic system into a game. No, not a virtual game. But a serious, real world game This strategy is called... ...which is the using the art of game design to solve real world problems in an enjoyable way. Why make it a game? Because a game is the ONLY known force in the Universe to get people to take action in a predictable way without force. And right now that force is being used to manipulate the masses for greed.
It’s time to use that force for GOOD! The theme of our game is for people to self-organize our way to a sustainable economy and planet. The side effect of this game is humanity will no longer have any barriers to reach self-actualization. And this game as a marketplace is called... How do we help people self-actualize? By assisting them with pursuing both intrinsic & extrinsic value, and an effective way of making that happen is by becoming a social entrepreneur/intrapreneur.
Our current economic system only focuses on extrinsic value. How can everyone become a social entrepreneur/intrapreneur? By freelancing their talents with a pay-it-forward mentality and/or becoming a worker-owner at a social enterprise co-op in an economy that has an abundant currency. What Service Does Producia Provide? Producia is a hybrid cooperative by & for social entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs. Simply put, we help guide our members to exchange what they have for what they need in a fun way! Want to Learn More?
