Stop by our office to check them out
Keys and badges must be turned in at the end of the semester
(Due May 2, 2014)
Can check out keys for the summer, but you still need to check key in first to avoid charges
Please do not prop involvement complex doors; request ID access if needed

Officer Transitions
Elections
Should be in Constitution Article III addressing:
Qualifications
Method of electing officers
When elections are held
Description of officer duties
Full and Part-Time UWSP students
Good academic standing (cum. GPA of 2.0 or above)
Adviser Transitions
Finding a new adviser
UWSP faculty or staff
Must be 75% permanent FTE
Must go through adviser training
Limited Term Employees, retired personnel, community members, and outside professionals may not serve as primary advisers but could serve in a supportive role for the organization
Space Reservations
Reserve space

Can reserve additional spaces outside of DUC, Allen, Debot, and Old Main that are currently available online
No same day reservations allowed
Confirmation emails are sent
Cancelling needs to happen in advance
Prevents other groups to reserve that space
May lose future privilege to reserve space
Plan ahead - if you do not reserve a space, building managers will not open up an available room for you
Use the lounge couches, conference room downstairs, etc. if no reservation

Ticketing service fee for events and trips
Will be able to start using credit cards for payment
Need to figure into costs when planning
Will send email when everything is ready
