Community
At Baldwin we believe a collaborative culture of
ongoing learning and reflective practice is
essential to the success of all students.
We will utilize a consistent and clearly delineated data-driven system for identifying students in need in order to provide supports to ensure student success, monitor progress, and enlist the teamwork of all school staff.
Our intern partnership is a professional development opportunity for ourselves and aspiring teachers. We engage in this partnership to strengthen our teaching practices, collaborate with colleagues in the service of student learning and relationship building.
THEORY OF ACTION written by CT
If we create environments of shared collaboration focused on improving standards, curriculum, instruction and assessment, then shared responsibility and shared accountability will create urgency for change and support continuous improvement of learning for all students.
`
•We utilize content area coaches who partner collaboratively with teachers to continually improve and deepen practice in the service of student learning.
•We utilize collaborative cluster coaching to help build and sustain this culture.
Baldwin Community members aim to feel a part of a K-8 community. The more our students and community members desire to be a positive, contributing part of that community, the more students achieve. We will put Positive Behavior Supports in place that align with RC and DD to strengthen our school wide community.

LEARNING WALKS
Last year the Instructional Leadership Team began talking about the school staff joining me in learning walks. This year we will continue to work as a whole staff towards this goal. "Walking" together will unite us as a community and give everyone a global sense of what learning and teaching looks like at Baldwin.
