Recommendations
1. BLOs need to become part of national plans to fight transnational crimes
2. BLO mechanism to become a fundamental tool for regional cooperation
3. BLO capacity to collect data to be strengthened
4. Develop cooperation mechanisms for exchange of information between land crossing and ports
