4. When you add contents, your 'media editor' will automatically recognize the content, such as;

Recommend others, but not just for everything. Take a brief moment and recommend them for the right things as the LinkedIn engine will make sometimes wrong recommendations.
Hovering over the different skills will give you an indication if your skills are outdated and that allows you to re-train/reposition yourself.
After a while clean-out the non-relevant recommendations as a result of the LinkedIn engine.
