Posters are finalized and ready to print. Donna and Samantha said they wanted to do the distribution. Waiting for conformation from ? to see if we can put out banners. Earth Day 2013 Samantha reported that PCC Earth Day Event will be April 17 in the Goess building and surrounding outside grounds. Vendors need to sign up for space by March 1st, 2013. Invitations will be emailed in February to last years participants. Invitation & application has also been added to the website. Nature trail update Tim Strickland reported that work has been contracted and will begin as soon as trail dries enough to begin work. Open Positions in Executive Committee Nominations and Election Newly elected Secretary resigned - Stephanie felt she would not be able to fulfill responsibilities because of other job responsibilities. Student Chelsea ? volunteered to take over as secretary.
