SO PLEASE DONATE TIME OR MONEY TO MAKE THIS A CLEANER PLACE Summary The Cape Fear river is still the largest river basin in North Carolina ( which technically makes it the best), and has spread its title to many successful businesses, such as CAPE FEAR RIVER.
It's landscape and scenery are breathtaking and is home to very rare and endangered species, which makes it very vital for this river basin to stay populated, and clean from pollution.
