Anglo Saxon Life
Men were warriors and hunters
Depending on their status, 
they could have been
 seen as hero's,leaders and/or kings
Women were house wifes and commonly cloth weavers
Also, depending on their status, the women could be in the royal family and possibly be queen
Customs
Everyone dresses based on status
Everyone wears hats
Higher class wears jewels, armor, and more elegant style clothes
Lower class wears plain colors and simple outfits.
Funerals
Dead bodies are put on ships along with riches, armor and weapons and often a virgin while set on fire
Dead bodies are also burnt on land and the ashes are carried away in the wind and sea
Another way is to burry the body on top of a mound along with riches, armor, weapons and possibly other family member's bodies
The Angle, Saxon, and Jute tribes who invaded Britain in the 5th and 6th centuries are known as the Anglo-Saxons. They left their homelands in northern Germany, Denmark and northern Holland and rowed across the North Sea in wooden boats.
They weren't very religious, however after believing  in many gods, they eventually adopted Christianity
The sword given to Hengest. This was used to attack the Frisians to avenge Hnæf in revenge for the killing of

Giant's Sword
This represents faith for Beowulf because if it wasn't for the sword to be randomly laying next to Grendel's mom's cave, then who knows if Beowulf would have been able to slay her as well.
Grendel's Head
This represents actual proof of Grendel's death, and that Beowulf was indeed successful with his mision of slaying him.
Grendel's arms
This represents a trohpy for Beowulf's accomplishment of killing Grendel.
Hrunting
the magical sword given to Beowulf by Unferð used in 
battle against Grendel's mom. This sword wasn't strong 
enough to  withstand Grendel's mom's blood. This sword
melted away.
The Banquet / Mead hall (Heorot)
In the  banquet, the speeches and the giving of gifts that has occured can show how the banquet plays the role of uniting the comunity.  In the Mead hall, everyone is having a good time, socializing and uniting as well. Both of these bring together the couminty and keeps order amongst the people.
The Dragon
This represents how Beowulf is mortal after all. The dragon shows how there is a stop to Beowulf because it is the one that kills him.
Brosinga mene
A colar that connects to a goddess. This was used as a reward to Beowulf for killing Grendel
Beowulf's burial site
Beowulf demanded to be burried on top of a hill so that everyone could see it.
The Dragon’s Treasure
This represents Beowulf’s accomplishment and gift for the people. This treasure will be enjoyed by Beowulf’s people after he is gone and they will remember him by it.
