It is easiest to use.
It is always free to use.
You can have many people editing the same blog.
Wordpress has different pricing for different products and users.
There is a free version.
There is lots more you can do in Wordpress, but it is more complicated to use than Blogger.
Edublogs are owned by Wordpress.
It is designed for teachers, students and schools.
The basic blog is free, but a pro account, which has more features, costs $3.30 per month.

Probably best for getting started in blogging as it is very quick to set up, easy to use and it is free! 
It is possible to move content to another platform if you a more suitable one for your needs.

Acceptable Use Agreement

1. Respect Yourself
I will show respect for myself through my actions.
 
2. Protect Yourself
I will make sure that the information I put online will not put me at risk. I will not share my password or login details with anyone else. I will report people who try to bully me.
 
3. Respect Others
I will show respect to others and not bully them. I will not visit inappropriate websites or enter other people's private areas.
 
4. Protect Others
I will protect others by reporting any bullying and inappropriate behaviour that I see.
 
5. Respect Copyright
I will not steal media (including music). I will not copy other people’s work without giving them credit.
 
 
I understand that failing to follow these rules will result in appropriate school sanctions being applied.
