five un-conclusions:
1. Deep changes are demanded in the worlds of education & work (new & flexible bridges will be necessary to connect them).
2. The EU aims to establish common frameworks
(competencies, qualification, standards, evaluations = mobility & recognition).
3.The implementation of an e-competencies agenda demands a mid-term strategy & the collaboration of diverse stakeholders.
4. The 21st century skills demand to rethink how, what, where & when we learn (connecting, unlearning, KM, adaptability, informal, life-long).
5. The digital divide is not a sine qua non to solve the “knowledge divide”, but it is a factor of exclusion.
