How it works:

titles (print and electronic) will be loaded into the catalog before purchase
what's loaded is based on the departmental profile
anyone with WUSTL key can request these titles to be purchased
You may still
borrow titles through
MOBIUS and
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Sometimes you will

the platform during the pilot is EBL (there are other ebook platforms that work differently, but EBL is the only one we're using during this pilot)
you can read online
you can take notes online, they will save to your account
you can download for 1-7 days using Adobe Digital Editions http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/  (you must install this program)
you can print up to 20% and copy 5% of the book
