  • 00:01 - 00:05

Hello and welcome to your proposal for branding

  • 00:05 - 00:08

and linked in presents a fresh perspective.

  • 00:10 - 00:15

This content was created solely for bank of new york. Mellon

  • 00:16 - 00:21

based on our discussion to create a session on branding

  • 00:21 - 00:26

advancing and mapping and a robust social media presence,

  • 00:26 - 00:28

    particularly in linked in

  • 00:28 - 00:30

to align our participants with their

  • 00:30 - 00:34

professional brand as well as the organizations

  • 00:34 - 00:38

and create that consistent and robust social media profile.

  • 00:38 - 00:44

Right, so this program are calling it bam for branding, advancing and mapping.

  • 00:45 - 00:48

So welcome, Welcome. Welcome. My name is juliana Fao's.

  • 00:48 - 00:55

I bring about 15 years of human capital experience as a career coach and strategist.

  • 00:55 - 00:59

Everything I do has a diversity and inclusion lens.

  • 00:59 - 01:06

I'm originally from brazil, I've lived in various places in South America as well as

  • 01:06 - 01:07

    Barcelona.

  • 01:07 - 01:11

Um I am currently based out of Miami where I live

  • 01:11 - 01:14

with my family and have been living here in south florida

  • 01:14 - 01:17

    for many, many years. Um

  • 01:18 - 01:23

my passion really is to have the front seat of my coaches progress and achievements

  • 01:23 - 01:27

and I really hope that we get to see that with your teams as well.

  • 01:28 - 01:32

So interestingly enough, my fields of study are in finance.

  • 01:32 - 01:33

    My background is in finance.

  • 01:33 - 01:36

I used to work for franklin Templeton with the stock market and that feels

  • 01:36 - 01:42

like a lifetime ago and since I took the leap into human capital,

  • 01:42 - 01:47

I've taken various courses in spanish and Portuguese even went as far

  • 01:47 - 01:51

as to go to Dubai for some leadership training and measuring R.

  • 01:51 - 01:54

    O. I on uh coaching

  • 01:54 - 01:56

    and all of those intangibles

  • 01:57 - 02:01

and um here we have a sample of our client portfolio,

  • 02:01 - 02:04

some of the companies that we've gotten a chance to work with.

  • 02:05 - 02:10

And I really do hope that I get to conduct workshops for your team so that you

  • 02:10 - 02:18

can also find out why Fortune 500 companies engage us to do this type of amazing work.

  • 02:18 - 02:21

    So based on our discussion,

  • 02:21 - 02:26

I've put together here for you to sessions to a virtual one and an in person one.

  • 02:26 - 02:28

    So the virtual

  • 02:28 - 02:31

workshop will be one hour with worksheets

  • 02:31 - 02:33

to accompany the progress and learning and

  • 02:33 - 02:40

in person will be also one hour but it would include an enriched workbook,

  • 02:40 - 02:44

so not worksheets to accompany the process beyond the live session.

  • 02:46 - 02:51

So we talked about um perhaps having a larger event may be

  • 02:51 - 02:58

engaging a professional photographer to do headshot photos of our professionals.

  • 02:58 - 03:03

Um I thought about maybe engaging our marketing and branding team to come

  • 03:03 - 03:09

up with a consistent background for folks to include in their linkedin profile,

  • 03:09 - 03:11

    hashtag things of that nature.

  • 03:12 - 03:14

So since we're doing something bigger,

  • 03:14 - 03:17

I've included here for you additional programs to consider.

  • 03:18 - 03:20

So first I'd like to tell you about the L. I.

  • 03:20 - 03:23

Which is the Energy Leadership Index assessment.

  • 03:23 - 03:28

So this is administered by Aipac which is the coaching school that I

  • 03:28 - 03:32

went to and got certified from which is considered one of the best

  • 03:33 - 03:36

so much that Forbes magazine ranked their assessment is

  • 03:36 - 03:40

number the number three that all executives should take.

  • 03:40 - 03:45

And this is like a quick diagnostic on how we act when

  • 03:45 - 03:51

we're under stress and how we see the world on a normal day

  • 03:52 - 03:55

and it's kind of like getting your blood work done

  • 03:55 - 03:59

and that you can see exactly what areas people circumstances

  • 04:00 - 04:02

drain you and bring you down and keep

  • 04:02 - 04:06

you from being solution and opportunity oriented.

  • 04:07 - 04:10

    The personal impact is incredible.

  • 04:10 - 04:13

It's our own leadership development, self awareness,

  • 04:13 - 04:15

    your that emotional intelligence quotient.

  • 04:15 - 04:19

We talk about so much and how to communicate with impact.

  • 04:20 - 04:24

So this is just a quick diagnostic which I recommend to focus

  • 04:24 - 04:29

on perhaps on the representative minorities folks that are up for promotion,

  • 04:29 - 04:34

new managers, new leaders, key talent, those kind of folks.

  • 04:34 - 04:38

So along with that this is our signature program,

  • 04:38 - 04:41

we call it what if you had 50% more energy.

  • 04:41 - 04:44

It is incredible because the foundation of

  • 04:44 - 04:47

the coaching program is called Energy leadership.

  • 04:47 - 04:52

And by energy we mean the enthusiasm and determination that you have

  • 04:52 - 04:54

to do the tasks that you have in front of you.

  • 04:54 - 05:01

We identify and remove inner and outer blocks that have kept us from our best

  • 05:01 - 05:06

selves and we know that and there's a framework and tools around peak performance.

  • 05:06 - 05:10

So if you have your l I in front of you and they're all confidential,

  • 05:10 - 05:14

you are able to assess and move forward in those areas

  • 05:14 - 05:15

    Immediately.

  • 05:15 - 05:21

Like literally after our 60 minutes together people have seen these results

  • 05:21 - 05:25

20% increase in financial success productivity,

  • 05:25 - 05:28

larger engagement at work uh increase in

  • 05:28 - 05:31

self described leadership ability in one hour.

  • 05:31 - 05:37

This is truly not blah blah blah. This is science tested and proven.

  • 05:37 - 05:40

Another program for your consideration is a

  • 05:40 - 05:43

program that I call conscious inclusion.

  • 05:43 - 05:47

I've adapted some of the materials from DR Bennett,

  • 05:47 - 05:49

Gi took her course at Harvard University and

  • 05:49 - 05:52

its incredible on blind spots and unconscious biases.

  • 05:53 - 05:56

But I feel like perhaps that content is already a little

  • 05:57 - 05:59

tired for some of our folks.

  • 06:00 - 06:02

We've talked about it so much. So.

  • 06:02 - 06:04

    I include psychological safety,

  • 06:04 - 06:07

which is a topic that is not being discussed broadly,

  • 06:07 - 06:10

especially now in our virtual world

  • 06:10 - 06:12

and aligning your professional and personal

  • 06:12 - 06:15

values and what about cultural dexterity and

  • 06:15 - 06:20

communicating with impact and treating others how they want to be treated.

  • 06:20 - 06:22

So the secret sauce to all of this is that at

  • 06:22 - 06:25

the end of the session you have a commitment to action,

  • 06:25 - 06:27

You have a commitment to be an up

  • 06:27 - 06:32

stander and consciously include others taking that step

  • 06:32 - 06:36

as unnatural and as uncomfortable as it may feel.

  • 06:36 - 06:39

We're just we're just looking for one click to the right

  • 06:40 - 06:43

and it is incredible the results that we've seen that there as well.

  • 06:43 - 06:46

Lastly we could include a mentorship program.

  • 06:46 - 06:50

A guide for coach is sort of like a coach to coach um

  • 06:50 - 06:53

on how to create that coaching agreement so that it's not

  • 06:53 - 06:57

just a conversation and a nice chit chat among co workers,

  • 06:57 - 07:00

but really a method on moving them forward.

  • 07:02 - 07:05

So what's next? Well, let's work together.

  • 07:05 - 07:12

So here is the pricing for the original program as we discussed for the bam.

  • 07:12 - 07:13

    The branding and linkedin presence

  • 07:14 - 07:16

    virtually and in person.

  • 07:16 - 07:19

So here are the prices and the costs associated with

  • 07:19 - 07:23

travel and lodging and other expenses will be invoiced separately

  • 07:24 - 07:27

for the additional programs. So the E. L. I.

  • 07:27 - 07:32

The energy leadership index has it's own costs

  • 07:32 - 07:35

to the coaching school and it's $88 each.

  • 07:35 - 07:36

    And again,

  • 07:36 - 07:40

each person will receive the report confidential and they can see

  • 07:40 - 07:43

along follow along their results as we go through the programs.

  • 07:44 - 07:46

So you have some options here for the what if

  • 07:46 - 07:50

you had 50% more energy program conscious inclusion and coach.

  • 07:50 - 07:56

The coach each are one hour long and they accompany with a workbook.

  • 07:57 - 08:04

So for each program that you choose virtually or in person is the same price.

  • 08:04 - 08:08

So if we go the virtual route for these as a bonus,

  • 08:08 - 08:13

I'm including one um free coaching session

  • 08:14 - 08:18

And in person will be to free coaching sessions one hour each.

  • 08:21 - 08:23

I really hope that we get to work together and

  • 08:23 - 08:26

thank you so much for your time and the opportunity
