  So here we're talking about evaporation.

  Uh, where the water becomes warm turns into gas condensation.

  This is when the water cools and turns back into

  liquid. Uh, maybe you've seen an example of condensation when

  you were drinking a glass cold glass of water or

• 03:34 - 03:38

  soda or something on you notice on the outside water

  started collecting, or your mom or dad said, Uh oh,

  put your glass on a coaster.

  Otherwise, that will leave a ring of water.

  That's compensation.

  Uh, again, I can hide myself, and I can, um,

  That's when the water falls from the sky.

  It can come in several different forms.

  It doesn't have to be rain, though.

  We typically think of rain when we think of precipitation.

  Could be sleet, hell or snow, depending on the temperature,

  a zits falling.

  And when it gets to the ground and then collection,

  uh is where it collects.

  It could be puddles.

• 04:33 - 04:34

  It could be lakes, rivers, streams.

  Or it could be underground.

  Uh, and so as I move to the next slide,

  which there's not a next slide, so it's going to

  go back to the beginning.

  Where do you see evaporation taking place?

  That's where the water is gonna be getting warmer and

  it's rising.

  So if we look where the water is.

  getting warm and rising up into the air.

  It's turning into a gas condensation.

  Where do you see that?

  It's the water is starting to condense or come together.

  And then once it comes together, it becomes heavy enough

  It depending on where you live in the winter, you

  might have snow or sleet.

  Uh, and as that rain falls down on the ground,

  um, it's gonna start collect collecting.

  You can see here in the picture there's some maybe

  some rivers or streams or lakes, puddles, whatever it happens

  to be.

  And so those will collect and that cycle continues.

  So as the water starts warming back up, it'll start

  evaporating again.
