An individuals would not want to be working in place that they may be feeling upset, undermined, embarrassed or humiliated. However if in a work place someone bullies another normally it should be reported down and needs to be taken further by the people who are in charge of human resources. Complaints Procedures Equality Diverse Workforce It is important that people get treated the same and no one is pushed out and treated unfairly.i.e it is part of the human rights that everyone should be treated equally. Having a diverse workforce is effective for the fire service as everybody is different but should be treated the same.
