After the water comes to the earth, it absorbs down through the soil on the surface of earth. They go through a soil tunnel that goes all the way down and sends it to a lake, river, pond, stream, and even the ocean. This process is known as the infiltration. Soil filters the water, making the soil soft and freshening it up. It can also send the water to the pipes inside buildings.
So, "water" you thinking about this scientific lesson? I bet you know that we need water to live and survive on this planet. With too little water, we would be living in a hot environment and probably die immediately. But with too much water, we could also die immediately from the flash floods and many other natural disasters. That's why the water cycle is the most important cycle of all time in science.
Precipitation is the beginning process of the water cycle. Water falls to the surface of the earth in the form of rain, snow, sleet, or hail, depending on the temperature of the air.
Condensation is the last process of the water cycle, but it's not the end of the water cycle. This process is when the water is evaporated from the earth and the ocean, the steam in the cloud is turned back to water and holds into vapor. But it will eventually become loose from the vapor and go back into precipitation. That would mean that the water cycle continues on and on without a stop. It's a good thing, because without this cycle, and all the water would just came down, there would be a lot more flooding in our world and no one would survive.
Yes. We should always use water in order to live, but first of all, we always have to think for ourselves to see if the water is sanitary for either drinking, bathing, or even washing items. There are lots of different types of water. But we'll focus on only two of them, Culinary and Irrigation. Culinary (tap) is clean water that is used for drinking, bathing, and washing. Irrigation is water that is only used for taking care of a landscape. We use this water for gardens and agriculture.
Evaporation is the process of water turning to steam from the heat of the sun. Whenever the sun heats its rays on the surface of earth, not all the water gets absorbed into the soil. Rather, it turns to steam and goes back up to the sky to either form a cloud or move to the next process of the water cycle.
