So what is my total ROI
While it may cost your district money up front, your total ROI will be HUGE.
Seek a GRANT..
- On average if an employers healthcare cost falls by $3.27 and their absenteeism cost falls by $2.73 you get $5 for every $1 spent
OR a 400% ROI
SO
- If your school district invests the average of $594 per employee you will receive an average ROI of $2,400 per employee you cover. This practice in the RSD has cost us a lot less and the return has been well worth it.
What else?
- Absenteeism costs fall by about $2.73 for every dollar spent
- What is absenteeism?

While all these are challenges, each school district/building has the ability to individualize their own program that will benefit the
entire entity and get people involved.
