Also by using presentation technology, both
teachers and students are able to Create
graphically enhanced data and instructions
for the learning centers. In addition, since it
provides a wide range of tools in general,
teachers will be able to create tutorials, reviews, and quizzes for individual learners.
This technology is also useful in displaying students' work and curriculum materials or accompany educators' presentations at parent open days or technology fairs. A teacher can set one of these technology presentations to run automatically during such events, providing a slide show of students and school's activities and events.
Teachers and students use this technology to present information or instructions to an entire class in a more interesting way. That’s how everyone will be able to access to this information. Moreover, Teachers encourages their students to use it in order to improve their communication and presentation skills. As I've noticed students who tend to use presentation technology are brave and are able to communicate better with the audience. Besides, they tend to be creative most of the time.

In TECH3008 course and others, we used prezi and PowerPoint as means of giving presentations. Ofcorse in the technology of presentation, there are many other means , but these are the most famous ones. Both prezi and PowerPoint are great and pretty attractive too. As for me I used to use powerpoint more often, but since I learned about prezi lately, I'm more interested in using it more hence I think it's more appealing than PowerPoint. Bothe of these two presentation technologies are often used for the same purpose and easy to use with proper practice.
Another important thing and which
I benefited from as a student is that
presentation technology helps organizing
the thinking and presentation of many
instructors. And make it easier for students
also to take notes and track instructor's thinking.
Moreover, as a student, I found it a lot
more easier to take points from a
presentation that the professor's hand
writing.

that can be adapted to various speaking
situations, for example; as talking to a
group of people, briefing a team or addressing a meeting. The data, method and means of presenting should be carefully considered in order to be an effective, step-by-step preparation. A presentation concerns getting a message conveyed to the listeners and may often include a 'persuasive' element.
