If the report's original is in English, "basic summary information" and "basic report information" become automatically one section.

Events - described in the report "risks" which happened, the ones possible to happen in other countries (3 or less).
What was damaged or lost as the result of the event - choose
adequate (3 or less)

# of the page where the audit finding was found in the summary in English
Recommendation regarding this specific risk-case (if available).
In the Functions box choose the functions (up to 3).
In the Goals box choose the goals (up to 3).
Fill in the Topics box, (up to 3).
Fill in the Areas box, (up to 3).
Without filling in the percentage occurrence the Cube will calculate each Area, Topic, Function and Goal as "equally occurred".
While filling in the Areas and Topics boxes you are encouraged to use the ones that are on the list, which appears when you click on the Cube image on the home page.

Follow 3 simple steps

input form
Fill in the Data input form
Save as *.xml file and send it to the SAI of Poland
Send *.xml file and the accompanying documents (summary in English and original report)
to the SAI of Poland:
