Project role: matching enterprises and vocational training needs.

Since: 1994

Mission: training and career counseling organization.

Project role: matching vocational training and EU needs.

CHOICE

Development of the project involving companies instead universities.

REASONS

  • Economical background: north eastern part of Italy has a great number of medium and small enterprises.
  • Companies mission: our enterprises are dinamic and, due to their size, they joined to develop research project.
  • Former cooperation: vocational training and companies have other form of cooperation that have to be improved and become stronger and strategical.
  • Educational system: italian universities provide an education too theorical to be immediately applicable in vocational training.
  • Project planning: relations with partners to set objectives; background analisys.
  • Model planning: defining skills and requirements of the model (technic and didactic requirements).
  • Realization 1: providing the theoretical background to students; starting the building of the model.
  • Intermediate evaluations: guidance and technical supports; advice on materials and project adaptations.
  • Realization 2: completing the model and testing.
  • Final evaluation: checking if results match with expected objectives; working on trasferibility.
