7.- Physical planning.
Because my friends and me prefer play futsal, we have a good time while we are doing sport and it's that we like most.
I will try to organize me like this:
- Twice a week go to play futsal with the friends. 1 or 1'5 hours.
- Three times a week go to gym 1 hour.
Like this 3 or 4 months.
This is the reflection of Bernardo Benítez. The reflection contain 9 points about the condition of my BFQ .

I choose futsal and gym because I practice the other options once in a while and this two I can practice more times.
I think I'll chose the next sports and physical activities:
- Futsal
- Padell
- Gym
- Basketball.

My best BFQs are strength and flexibility. In these test I have got good marks.
I should improve the next BFQs:
- Horizontal jump (strength)
- Endurance
- Speed
I think the BFQ are very important to our health. I think there isn't any BFQ more important than other because all of them are as important as other. And I think also my physical planning are good to improve my physical condition.
- Exercises that improve my strength in my legs.
- Speed race. Like a 50 meters in the minor possible time.
- Continuous run. Like a fartlek.
