A life and art project where I try to redress the unfairness
that I  have the choice to be fat but other
people have no choice but to starve.
The art is documetation in
the form of a spoof webpage and
a blog.
The useful part is that 
whenever I resist anything
I give the money saved to the Charity
Practical Action through the Just 
giving website.

A project where I have talked to people who do Green 
things by accident.  I think the final thing might be
sound recordings of the people's stories.
The art is the recordings,
the process of talking to 
people and the writings
The useful part is giving 
people the chance to see the
good side benefits of living
a lower carbon intense life.

Working Title
A project started on New Years Eve to
knit my moods for a year.
The art is a growing group of people and me
knitting at least 2 rows of 10 stitches each day in
a colour which represents our mood.  At the end
of the year the strands will be shown somehow, 
somewhere.  There is also a growing online
network of people doing or interested in the project.
The useful part is that
it acts as a kind of therapy,
a way of seeing our moods for 
real and a talking point.

I am looking for funding or groups with some funds to help expand this project to others.
The art is great big charts and the
thinking process.

I was thinking about truth and Lies
in blogs.  Created this blog to explore
the lies.
An effort to try and join up all
the different parts of what I am doing.
The art is the blog itself 
and maybe one day I will 
print it into a book.

A Small artists group creating art In Chester
The art at the moment is 
creating an interective video
work called FootFall for an empty shop.
The useful part at the 
moment is exploring heritage
and the economic situation in 
line with history.

A video process where people create video letters back to themselves as if from their Great Grandchildren.  What will the world be like?
The art is a collection of video monologues created by community groups.
The useful part is that in 
the past it has been used to  explore climate change and other issues about sustainable lives.

Inspiration
Shhhh.  Don't tell anybody but When artists, teachers
other people, work with others they often get inspired
by the things the people do and say, its not all one way.
Last Friday I worked with a really artistic group in Longsight.  We created
some canvases, digital photo frames and art boxes and placed 
them in youth shelters.  I've been inspired to put more stuff in 
youth shelters.
