What is Volvic?
Volvic is a brand of mineral water which is extracted from the north of the Puy de Dôme in france.
The springs in this location were first tapped in 1922
It's high mineral contect in due to being extracted from the
nearby volcanoe which last erupted in 5760 BC
Since then volvic water is
known internationaly
However bottles of the water did not make an appearance on shelfs till 1938
Volvis main competiors would be other water
based products such as evian
However this changed as of 1993 when volvic was
bought by Groupe Danone
So which audience does volvic target?
