- Electronic: add portfolio in collection record assigned

- MARC Records for content analyzed or classed separately
- Print orders through YBP often received MARC records automatically
- Did not work for electronic, unless it was one of the following platforms:
- Gale
- Oxford
- Sage
- Wiley
- Cambridge
- CRC
- Elsevier
