Ilija and Roy's Presentation on the Alpine Biome!

Who are the consumers, predators, decomposers?

The decomposers are Bacteria, which are the prime decomposers throughout the world, whic may be found in the apline tundra. Mosses, lichen, and fungi are also active decomposers but things take a long time to decompose in the tundra because there is only a short window of temperatures warm enough to allow activity. The predators are wolves, foxes, coyotes, occational bears, people and up north polar bears. The consumers in the Alpine Tundra are voles, pikas, moose, and hares.
