Event Idea:
Event Meetings
- Have dedicated reports section of each member with organized chart on assignments
- Can only say "done" or "not done" (no excuses/help accountable)
- After chart reports go to "blockers":things that are keeping them from doing their job
Effective Meetings:
- Odd Meeting Times
- Memorable (Building 2-10 at 2:10pm)
- Give Quick Recognition & Final Thoughts
- (We do this already!)
