List people that you avoid.

What relationships are off in your life?

Write a list of things you can enjoy doing alone.

Make a list of 5 qualities you admire in others.

Pray

Breathe

Meditate

Close your eyes and put your

attention on your breathing. Allow

your body to relax. Release all

concerns and tension with each

exhalation of your breath.

Notice all of the external sounds

going on around you and integrate

them into your relaxation. Sit and

listen for at least 5 minutes keeping

your attention on your breath the

entire time.

Create

  • 1. Write letters to your loved ones.

  • 2. Write poems to express your thoughts.

  • 3. Generate a weekly blog for your peers about you hobbies and/or interests.

  • 4. Dance, sing, draw.

  • 5. Learn to paint or throw pottery.

  • 6. Explore as many creative outlets you can get exposed to.
