Communicate relevant information and ideas effectively to students, parents, and peers using a variety of digital age media and formats.
In my job, I need and am able to communicate and share information with my colleagues in many ways.
It was not always easy....but I kept trying and feel empowered by my growth in so many aspects of technology....I am excited to be able to share with my colleagues next year.
Areas for Improvement
Strengths....
Promote, support, and model creative and innovative thinking and inventiveness(ISTE 1a).
I really lack creativity when in comes to designing lessons. I plan to get better at this by doing research and collaborating with colleagues.
Promote and model digital etiquette and responsible social interactions related to the use of technology and information (ISTE 4c).

Customize and personalize learning activities to address students' diverse learning styles, working strategies and abilities using digital tools and resources (ISTE 2c).
This is a strength because I treat people with respect and am careful when using technology.
I am working hard to change my feelings/ideas about what a classroom looks, feels, and sounds like. I will continue working on handing control to students!
