Scientist of Kaunas Technology University Vidas Raudonis says, “I am motivated to work for the people who are suffering as I want to help them”.

He designed a device which facilitates disabled people learning. The device is controlled with eyes and helps to print on the computer screen.

You do not have to be a professional fisherman or an IT geek, anyone can use this sonar," says Rolandas Sereika, Deeper chief marketing officer. "We studied fish finding technology used on large boats and saw a need for a small device that could be used for fishing off a dock, in a kayak, or anywhere else.”

Smart Fish Finder application provides integrated camera function, up-to-date weather reports, customized fishing log, map function and is fully integrated within social media networks so that a user can share fishing stories and pictures quickly and easily.

The action of the device

is based on volitionally controlled eye movements which are fixed by a camera. Frames of glasses were printed by 3D printer and a box of microchips that transfers human’s brain signals into the computer commands was attached. The device works wirelessly.

Smart Fish Finder

DEEPER

"Never before in history has innovation offered promise of so much to so many in so short a time."

Bill Gates

Deeper is a light, portable fish finder, ready to deliver details on the waters below straight to your smartphone or tablet.

Founders Aurelijus Liubinas and Rolandas Sereika are Lithuanians who went on a fishing trip to Finland. They asked the locals for the best fishing spot, but couldn’t find it. Not wanting that to happen again, they took two years developing Deeper.

Smart and intelligent work clothing that protects from extreme conditions

Life cycle of reusable bottle

Scientists of Physical and Technological Science center of Lithuania collaborating with colleagues from Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom developed intelligent work clothing system which reacts to body and environment temperature as well as to heart work of the employee.

depends on the conditions, but it can be used 50-100 times.

This product is made for everybody who cares about ecology and environment, especially for countries with excess waste problem.‘Eco-friendly bottle’ can reduce the cost of utilisation by 91 percent, furthermore because of its small size it is very convenient to sort and hand in for recycling.

How does it work?

Reusable 0.5 liter bottle

Three Coca Cola bottles took all trash bin and so I thought, why not to create a collapsible bottle”, says the inventor and shareholder of the company “Eco-friendly bottle” Mantas Dambrauskas.

The strange shaped green bottle with the brand “UFO bottle” is reusable, 0.5 liter capacity and can be easily compressed when it is empty. Main goal of eco-friendly bottle is to save the nature.

Sensors, which are in different workwear layers, fix changes of body temperature, disorders of heart work, high ambient temperatures and start beeping, vibrating and sending light signals if there are problems.

Clothing was tested in real conditions by “Palemon Ceramics” workers in Lithuania.
