Evolutionary Change
An example of an evolutionary change is natural selection. Natural selection is the gradual process by which biological traits become either more or less common in a population.
Two Types of Change
In nature, there are basically two kinds of change: evolutionary and disruptive. Evolutionary change is gentler, less destructive…but it takes a very long time. Disruptive change is fast, and sometimes necessary – but extremely destructive. Changes in nature arent necessarily bad.
Human Response
The human response to the characteristics of a physical environment comes with consequences for both human's and the physical environment. An example of this is the building of dams.
