Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov: the way to success

In 2004 Tatiana skated with Stanislav Morosov.

They have become the champions of Ukraine, twice silver prize-winners of winter University games. Then they participated in the Olympic Games in Turin and got the 12-th place there.

Maxim Leonidovich Trankov was born on the 7-th of October 1983 in Perm.

In 2003 Maxim started to skate with Maria Mukhortova. In 2005 they won the World Cup among juniors. They often have changed their coaches and worked with Tamara Moskvina and Artur Dmitriyev. After the next World Cup, Maxim Trankov reported about the disintegration with Maria Mukhortova: he marked out the lack of mutual understanding with his partner.

Tatyana Andreevna Volosozhar was born on the 22 of May , 1986 in Dnepropetrovsk, the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, the USSR.

22-nd winter Olympic Games in Sochi

On the 6-th of February 2014 Tatyana and Maxim won the first place in the Team championship. They have bypassed Canada's skaters at 10.69 points

The official debut of the pair took place at the Russian Cup in Perm in October of 2010. They have won the first place.

In 2011 they won the Championship of Russia .

On the 18-th of December 2013 the Federation of sports journalists of Russia awarded both skaters"A silver fallow deer" as the best athletes of the year.
