Obama thinks about making a change in the community
He did not like the way Reagan was controlling the White House
Obama decides to make a change by organizing black folks.
He writes to every civil rights organization about his thoughts in helping out the community
As soon as he got no response, he starts to get discouraged.
As Obama fills out paperwork, he receives an unexpected phone call from his half sister, Auma
Knowing that his sister wants to visit him, he rushes to buy the necessities that she will need.
Auma calls again, this time to say that she will not visit after all because one of there brothers, David, was involved in a motorcycle accident and passed away.
Obama receives a phone call from one of the community organizers that he wrote too.
He gets offered the job to organize conferences on drugs etc, but he rejects the job due to wanting a job closer to his streets.
A few months later, Barack is unemployed and starts to see that he has no money and now he eats food out of a can.
As soon as Barack decides to give up on the community organizations, he receives a phone call from an different organization.
Obama gets hired by Marty Kaufman
