We were split into two groups to explore the park with the help of our fabulous guides.
a rare sight in Capilano watershed
regional park
Crawl through
the log into the world of nature
because fish cannot return there normal breading place, they will spawn in a large fish hatchery in Capilano Regional Park.
- because it supplies the greater Vancouver with water.
- because the trees of the park take CO2 out of the air and produces O2 instead.
With a wonderful forest canopy it is the lungs of Vancouver
changing our greenhouse gases into oxygen for us to breath.
- by using less paper, and saving the trees.
- by using less water therefore we will still have these natural resources
- by not supporting governments plans to rip down forests.
- by supporting organizations like Wild Ed, so people are aware of the resources the forests provide for us.
Thank you, WildEd for a great day at Capilano Regional Park

That floods the valley in between Fromme (aka Grouse) and another mountain
How can we protect parks like this ?
