Extended Project - Schedule / Plan Week One (1st - 5th March) Week Two (8th - 12th March) Week Three (15th - 19th March) Week Four (22nd - 26th March) Week Five (26th - 1st April) Week One (1st - 5th March) Get the brief then ask questions relating to the brief Monday Tuesday Organise final role structure send out letters to the group leaders reminding them about the schedule Wednesday Email Jenny for feedback on our ideas for the newspaper / articles Thursday Get feedback from Jenny do the 1st activity with the groups in order to sort out the questionaire for Friday (for Pete) Friday Organise final schedule and sort out work for people during the weekend Saturday Plan articles and start producing them Week Two (8th - 12th March) Monday Organise / sort out proposal forms Tuesday Complete proposal form Organise activity for tomorrows lesson Wednesday Thursday 2nd activity and get flyer ideas Friday Expand on flyer ideas and design ideas including newspaper name and logo etc Saturday Drafts for flyers to be completed by everyone Week Three (15th - 19th March) Monday Look & review of draft flyers Tuesday feedback on 1st draft of the articles and complete the flyer (Final!) Wednesday Finish off articles based on feedback Thursday Finish articles Friday London conference where flyers will be sent out Saturday Review of conference / feedback on flyers etc Week four (22nd - 26th March) Monday Sort our articles and get feeback Tuesday Trail articles with year 12 media group & take photos for articles etc Wednesday Make changes to articles based on feedback from year 12 group put images into articles aswell & diagrams etc Thursday Place the articles into a flat plan Friday Finalize flatplan & articles etc Saturday Blog work Week five (26th - 1st April) FINISH NEWSPAPER PRINTING ON FRIDAY!
