Costumes
I don't particularly need a wide range of costumes, however I do want my performer to wear at least 3 different outfits in the video.
Outfit 1
This outfit will be used in the shots outside at Thorndyke Farm, Beverley. I incorporated the umbrella into these shots as the rainy weather has become a big issue with when I can film. If I use an umbrella in shots, it only slightly limits what I can film in rainy weather conditions.
Outfit 2
This outfit will be used when my artist is on stage singing to a live audience. I want to use a very simple outfit as I want all attention to be on the artist and her emotions. For the audience in these shots, I want the audience to also be dressed in plain black clothes so viewers don't particularly look at them when they should be watching the performing artist.
Outfit 3
I will use this outfit when the artist is in the bedroom looking into the mirror. Again, I need it to be simple so the audience don't pay much attention to the artist. I also want her to look as though she isn't bothered about what she's wearing as the lyrics in the video primarily explain that people shouldn't change because of media attention. I think this outfit is fairly basic and shows the side of the artist that the song is portraying.
