3. Lighting & Sound quality
4. Multi-Angle Coverage of Each Scene
5. Multiple takes of each shot
6. Creativity in ideas for story, camera and editing
Complaints & Consequences
If a faculty member complains about noise, the group stays in lab for remainder of project.
If they complain about attitude, your parent is contacted also.
AVTF Code of Conduct
1. Keep Film Pass on you & Stay Together - DO NOT leave your group
2. No yelling, running or ill behavior
3. Speak politely to anyone who talks to you - if asked to leave, say "Yes Sir/Ma’am"

Log Session:
-Copy all clips, good and bad into a new folder each day
-IMPORT them into Adobe Premiere Pro from that folder - NOT THE SD CARD!
-View & Identify shots for final edit
Between the first & last 15 minutes of class
After Kuhn signs your Proposal/Film Pass Daily
In 30 minute sessions at a time
With a required follow up log session:
“QUIET ON THE SET”
(shuts people up before scene starts)
“ROLL CAMERA” or “SPEED”
(Camera Operator starts recording)
“ACTION”
(cues actors to start their scene)
“CUT” “GO AGAIN”
(stops recording) (record another take)
“MARK Scene 2 Take 4”
(identifies the Scene # and Take #)
Be an effective leader.. FRIENDLY & POSITIVE to get things done
RESPECT everyone in group and try to ignore attitudes

Record MULTIPLE TAKES OF EVERY SHOT
Keep watch over paperwork and the time to return to class
- IF group can conduct themselves professionally INSIDE THE LAB: with respectful, mature behavior
- AFTER written work IS COMPLETED
- TEAMWORK is on display in setting up & taking down equipment

FIELD SHOOT:
Camera Operator – capture multiple takes
DIRECTOR – call set commands
Audio Director – connect & monitor all sound
Performer – Provide as many takes as necessary
EDIT ROOM: (ok to use multiple Macs)
Producer – Transfers & Manages files
Sound Editor – Music & Sound quality
Editor* - Clips, Transitions & Titles
*Team must be present during editing
