Jada was worried about students being bullied at her school. She conducted a survey to see how students and staff felt. After researching how to help students who are bullied, she started a kindness wall, where kids can post positive quotes, anonymous compliments, and more on post its, and she started a 'BULLY BOX' where students can simply drop a note if they see someone acting like a bully toward another student. She also started a program for people to sign up to receive weekly positive text messages. Then she started a website where people can go for inspiration, resources, and ways to get help.
EXAMPLE

Xavier hated seeing all the graffiti on the school playground. He researched removing spray paint and permanent marker and developed his own formulas to test on the school playground. Then he came up with ideas to prevent future graffiti and developed a presentation for his school principal and the Board of Education. Xavier created a website to share his graffiti removal formula and his ideas with other schools who share this playground problem.
Ashanti's grandmother was stranded home alone during Hurricane Sandy, and Ashanti didn't want anyone's grandparent to be in that position ever again. She created an emergency binder for senior citizens in her city. The binder included maps to local shelters, emergency phone numbers, limited supplies, information about how to act in various emergency situations, and more. The city even published the contents of Ashanti's binder on their website.
