Jerome Iginla was born in July 1 1977 He joined the NHL debut and for the stanly cup playoffs. he started playing hockey when he was 3 years old.. he graduated from willie'o'reesskating school.

In one season, he scored 50 goals. when he was young he grew up with his mom, and his grandparents. his parents mother and father divorced when he was a year old. after that he joined a baseball league when he was a young boy. He was a catcher for the canadian national team. he made a line up for the junior powerhouse team. Jerome iginla was so good, he was a team captain for 9 seasons. he was also a six time NHL All-Star. when he was a young boy, his favorite goalie was was Grant Fuhr

his father was a lawyer and he was born in Niagara. his mother Susan was born in Oregon

In January 7, 2012, while he was in Calgary flames, he scored his 500th goal. Let me tell u how he scored his first goal. He was looking for a pass to player 20 but then it hit the opponents skate and went in the net.
