  • WRITTEN ASSIGNMENT: 20% Reading +writing(250-400 words) + Rationale (150-200 words) CORE.

ACTIVITIES:

  • To prepare "selectivitat" or any other university test.
  • EOI practice to take intermediate 2 test (June of 1st IB year)

ASSESSMENT:

  • Summative assessment.
  • A 5 mark is necessary to pass the subject.
  • It's compulsory to hand out all the compositions required (10% of the mark)
  • IB activities will also be taken into account.

IB ACTIVITIES

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT: 30%

  • INDIVIDUAL ORAL : 20% (15 min. preparation+8-10 minutes presentation and discussion with the teacher) Pictures and captions OPTIONS. Recorded!!!
  • INTERACTIVE ORAL: 10% (3 classroom activities assessed by the teacher) CORE.

A two year exchange with students from Birmingham. They are coming from the 20th to the 26th March 1015 and we'll visit them in September 2016.

Four lessons (one split lesson with Mª de Lluc Jaume).

- Reading: practising for Paper 1 (4 texts)

- Writing: 10 text types to prepare Paper 2

and the written assignment (compositions)

- Speaking:

  • Talking about topics (OPTIONS)

Pictures with a caption to prepare individual oral. Relating pictures to topics and captions.

Interactive oral (CORE)

Listening and conversation: presentations,

debates, interviews, etc.
